Summary of the Major Actions Taken by the DMC Board During the April 21, 2008 Meeting

Vice President Todd Toulouse called the Board meeting to order in Open Session.

Director Doug Cappel opened the meeting in prayer.

Nine (9) of 12 Directors were in attendance, representing a quorum.

The Board adjourned from Open Session and convened in Closed Session. 

The Board approved Closed Session minutes for the Board meeting on April 7, 2008.

The Board adjourned from Closed Session and convened in Open Session.

The Board approved Open Session minutes for the Board meeting on April 7, 2008.

The Board read 23 Board Policies listed on the agenda.

Director Bruce Stanley closed the meeting in prayer.

The meeting was adjourned.
