Summary Report of the Major Actions of the DMCS Board Meeting on January 22, 2007

President Dan Grizzle called the Special Closed Session meeting of the Board to order in the Elementary Teachers’ Workroom.

Eleven (11) of the 11 Directors were in attendance, representing a quorum.

Dr. Bob Stouffer, Superintendent; members of the DMC administrative leadership team; and DMC teachers were in attendance.

Vice-President Todd Toulouse opened the meeting in prayer.

President Grizzle reviewed the format and procedures of the meeting.

The Board received input from DMC teachers and administrators.

No Board actions were taken.

Director Ken Hockmuth closed the meeting in prayer.

The meeting was adjourned.
