Report of Major Actions Taken during the DMCS Board Meeting of January 16, 2006

Board President Todd Goeldner called the meeting to order in Open Session.

Eleven (11) of the 12 Directors were in attendance, representing a quorum.

Dr. Bob Stouffer, Superintendent, was also in attendance.

President Todd Goeldner opened the meeting in prayer.

The Board adjourned the Open Session meeting to convene in Closed Session.

The Board approved Closed Session meeting minutes for January 9, 2006.

The Board approved Jeremy Mead as a secondary student teacher for second semester of the 2005-2006 school year.

The Board approved Melinda Jeske and Amber Wires as elementary student teachers for second semester of the 2005-2006 school year.

The Closed Session was adjourned, and the Board reconvened in Open Session.

The Board approved Open Session meeting minutes for January 9, 2006.

The Board reviewed 15 Board policies.  All other Board policies listed on the agenda were tabled due to insufficient time during the meeting.

Director Stephen Darnielle closed the meeting in prayer.

The meeting was adjourned.
