Summary Report of the Major Actions Taken During the January 29, 2007 Board Meeting

President Dan Grizzle called the meeting to order in the Elementary Teachers’ Workroom.

Ten (10) of 11 Directors were in attendance, representing a quorum.

Dr. Bob Stouffer, Superintendent; Julia Veenstra, Business Manager; Paul Nelson, Director of Transportation and Technology; Priscilla Reynolds, Early Education Co-Director; and Jeff Knollenberg, Finance Committee Member; and Cade Lambert, Elementary Principal; and were also in attendance.

Todd Toulouse opened in prayer.

Treasurer Terry Williams made the official recommendation of the 2007-2008 budget, as submitted in the Board packet.

The Board asked questions about the proposed budget.  Mrs. Veenstra answered questions and provided additional information for Board consideration. 

The Board approved the submitted 2007-2008 budget.

Director Scott Erickson closed in prayer.

The meeting was adjourned.
