Report of the Major Actions Taken During the DMCS Board Meeting on May 15, 2006

President Todd Goeldner called the meeting to order.

Ten (10) of the 12 Directors were present, representing a quorum.

Dr. Bob Stouffer, Superintendent, and Cade Lambert, Elementary Principal, were also present.

Director Doug Cappel opened the meeting in prayer. 

The Board adjourned to Closed Session.

The Board approved minutes for the Closed Session Board meeting on May 1, 2006.

The Board approved Jahna Duda as sixth grade instructor for the 2006-2007 school year.

The Board approved Jennifer Cappel as part-time resource teacher for the 2006-2007 school year.

The Board adjourned to Open Session.

Ten (10) of the 12 Directors were present, representing a quorum.

Dr. Bob Stouffer, Superintendent, was also present.

The Board approved minutes for the Open Session meeting of May 1, 2006.

Due to time constraints, the reading of all Board policies was tabled. 

President Goeldner closed the meeting in prayer.

The meeting was adjourned.
