Report of the Major Actions Taken During the DMC Board Meeting of May 21, 2007

President Dan Grizzle called the meeting to order.
Director Ken Hockmuth opened the meeting in prayer.
Nine (9) of 11 Directors were in attendance, representing a quorum.
Dr. Bob Stouffer, Superintendent, was also in attendance.
The Board adjourned from Open Session to Closed Session.
The Board approved minutes for the Closed Session Board meeting on May 7, 2007.
The Board approved the resignation of Early Education Employee Lynn Wilson, with regrets, effective immediately.
The Board approved Danielle Russo as an Early Education employee.
The Board adjourned from Closed Session into Open Session.
Association Members Deb and Marty Gipple were also in attendance.
The Board approved minutes for Open Session Board meetings on April 9, 2007 and May 7, 2007.
The Board approved the appeal of Marty and Deb Gipple, regarding the semester final examination schedule for their student in June, 2007.
Scott Erickson closed the meeting in prayer.
The meeting was adjourned.
