How to Check Student Grades On-line

1. Call up the school web-site – www.dmcs.org
2. Click on “Student Records” found on the left blue side bar 
    

1. In the ID spot enter your students ID Number (please keep ID and pin number confidential)
2. Enter student’s personal PIN number.  Ask us if you do not know your student’s pin number.
3. Select Schedule/Progress – You CANNOT use current marks. 
4. Hit Enter
   1. Click on “progress” for the class you are interested in

                                                               i.      You will see the detailed assignment and test grades

                                                             ii.      Page to the bottom to see your student’s overall grade and the date the grades were updated

2. Click on the teacher name to open up an e-mail communication with him/her.
4. You can check your student’s attendance by clicking on “Attendance” on the left side bar.  This is a great way to monitor your student’s tardies.

• The Secondary daily announcements are posted each day.  If you feel like you are not getting all the information you need, check this out at dmcs.org!

• We are communicating by e-mail to parents a couple of times each month.  Make sure we have an updated e-mail address on file for you.  Call us if your e-mail changes.

• The best way to get your students back assignments is to go to www.Schoolnotes.com.  Here are the easy steps to do that.

1.      Go to schoolnotes.com

2.      Enter the DMCS zip code – 50323

3.      Click on Des Moines Christian School

4.      Click on the Teacher you are interested in finding out about

• click on “test calendar” instead of a teacher’s name when you have entered schoolnotes.com.
