School Board Meetings
The DMCS school board usually holds regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each month. Holidays on Mondays move board meetings to Tuesday and there is only one meeting in July. Meetings begin at 6:45 p.m. and are conducted in the elementary teacher work room on the DMCS campus. For exact times and dates, check the DMCS calendar.

Open and Closed Session Meetings
In general, all meetings of the Board will be conducted in open session. Per Board policy, association members are welcome to attend open-session Board meetings. Association members who wish to speak at a board meeting must contact the Superintendent or Board President in advance of the meeting. Occasionally, the Board may enter into Closed Session. During Closed Session, association members may not be present.
