Welcome to Des Moines Christian Elementary! I am blessed and excited to be able to serve God during another school year helping deliver a Christ-centered education for our students.
Des Moines Christian elementary is a special place with special people. Our incredibly dedicated staff works hard to provide excellent programming for over 380 students, kindergarten through sixth grade. We are focused on creating a learning environment built on biblical relationships that ensures the safe, challenging, and enriching experiences for our students and families.
Each day our students enjoy special instruction in either art, music, or PE, a first-class play-system on the playground, and challenging course work that includes daily instruction from God’s word. Des Moines Christian Elementary has long had a reputation for excellent academics, especially in the area of early literacy.
One of the highlights of our facility has to be our library, which houses around 9,000 books as well as numerous popular periodicals! The library also contains a computer lab dedicated for student learning and research.
We are excited to see how God will mold and shape our lives as we work and learn together at Des Moines Christian. Thanks again for visiting us on the Web! Go Lions!
