The educational decisions you make for your child today will have a far greater impact than can be imagined in the future.
As an extension of the Christian home, Des Moines Christian School's goal is to help you carry out the Biblical mandate to "Train up a child in the way he should go." (Proverbs 22:6)
This is done in a number of ways. First, each child is a unique creation of God and is loved, appreciated, and prayed for daily. Second, our goal in discipline is to shape the will of the child without breaking his or her spirit. Third, we strive for academic excellence while teaching Biblical truth and Christian living.
In short, we desire to work closely with parents to produce children who love God, obey authority, enjoy learning, and develop to their full God-given potential. We count it a privilege to be God's instrument in your child's life.
