Strategic Plan
June 2004
Introduction
Following an exhaustive process involving a planning committee, focus groups,
Board oversight, and much prayer, the DMCS Board of Directors unanimously
approved a strategic plan for the school at the conclusion of the 2003-2004
school year. Each year, the Board will measure proposed initiatives against the
strategic plan; the Directors, administrative team members, and future action
team members will work to realize this vision for DMCS. Several documents are
available on this website:
1. A new "context diagram" which sets the context of strategic planning
2. Reaffirmation of the unchanged Statement of Faith
3. A new Biblical worldview document
4. The unchanged Mission Statement
5. A Vision document which fine-tuned earlier
DMCS documents without compromising the integrity of the Word of God
6. A new "constituency" document
7. And a newly worded "Core Values"
document, again consistent with the truth of God's Word
