Spectator Guidelines

General Spectator information

  • IHSAA/IGHSAU guidance will be posted at all events.  Spectators are responsible for adhering to guidelines posted. Accept personal responsibility for following public health guidelines.

  • Spectators are responsible for their own health screenings. If you are not feeling well, stay home.

Concessions will not be offered this fall at DMC home events due to social distancing on the track area for football and overall health concerns for workers/spectators. Spectators may bring personal water bottles and pre-packaged food items.

Please wear face coverings when:

  • entering the building
  • moving about the building (restrooms, hallways etc.)
  • social distancing is not feasible (6 feet apart)
* Face coverings may be removed when in the bleachers and social distancing is maintained
* Bleachers are marked with blue tape to designate “No Seating Areas”
* Face coverings are to be worn by students grades 6-12 who sit in designated student sections

  • Seating will be modified for both indoor and outdoor events.

  • Blue tape on the bleachers will designate no seating.

  • The track area (lanes 6-8) will be open to spectators (home and visitor) for football games to provide additional social distancing areas.

  • No lawn chairs or beverages other than water are allowed on the track area.

  • There will  not be a student section for high school or middle school students.

  • Visitors will be allowed in the North end zone; use stairs or ramp on the North end

  • Families may sit and/or stand together. Social distancing from others is encouraged.

  • Children grades PK-5th (elementary) are to remain with parents during the event.

  • Baseball outfield and playground areas will be closed.

  • Reminders will be made via the public address announcer regarding social distancing expectations.

  • Live streaming is available for most home events.

    • Seating is limited to family members of players and participants.
