DMC Unveils Details for New High School

Des Moines Christian School is announcing more details about our new high school campus and the Build Today | Plan for Tomorrow campaign. This is a bold, multi-year initiative to fully develop the 104 acres the school purchased in 2024. This land, located less than one mile north of our current campus, was purchased with a $7M gift from a generous donor passionate about Christian education. Today begins with the first high school building, and our goal is to open the high school in the fall of 2027. 

We believe God has called DMC into an opportunity and responsibility to impact generations of students for Christ. We are inviting you, our generous DMC community, to step into that calling with us.

The first high school building is a $65 million project, and by God’s provision and the generosity of early supporters, $45.4 million (70%) has already been committed. The facility is designed to inspire learning and connection, with collaborative spaces, abundant natural light, outdoor learning environments, and expanded programming.
