Master Site Plan for New Land August 4, 2025 Des Moines Christian School has partnered with Confluence to create a master site plan for the 104-acres of purchased land and announced plans to relocate the high school to this property. The master planning process has allowed DMC to consider not only the development of a high school building, but a campus that develops the whole person. The school leadership believes there is an opportunity to continue to develop academic, athletic, fine arts, and worship spaces that will continue to allow us to deliver our mission with even deeper excellence in the coming years. This master site plan could take decades to develop and provides the flexibility needed to make adjustments and changes as needed along the way.
