Fine Arts

DMCs mission to equip minds, nurture hearts and impact the world for Christ extends beyond the classroom to the stages, showcases and performances where our students further develop character and pursue excellence.

We focus on four core values.

Christ-Centered

• We thank God for his gifts and for the privilege we have to use them for his glory every day by what we do, how we act, the words we speak and the standards to which we hold ourselves.

 Competitive

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. (1 Corinthians 9:24-27)

• We strive for excellence during training and competition, playing fairly and fiercely, with a championship mentality.

Character-Based

• Our student athletes and performers are held to a high standard as role models representing the school. They develop leadership skills through perseverance, accountability, respect, self-control and humility.   

Committed

Lay aside every weight and run your race with endurance. (Hebrews 12:1) 

• Our teams have a strong  sense of camaraderie and togetherness. They culture a positive environment through hard work and a teachable spirit.
