IT Director
DMC’s Information Technology (IT) Director provides dynamic, responsive, collaborative and forward-thinking vision, leadership, and management of the school’s technology systems and services. This includes the planning, development, implementation, management, and maintenance of all applications, infrastructure, security, networks, technology training, as well as comprehensive support for the teaching and learning activities of the staff and students.
Des Moines Christian School’s Timberline Campus, located at 13007 Douglas Parkway in Urbandale serves over 1,400 students from early education through grade 12. In addition, DMC’s Central Office employees are temporarily located at 7001 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. DMC is growing and this position will play a key role in the planning and implementation of technology as we pursue plans to build another campus one mile north of the school.
This is a full-time, calendar-year position. The IT Director’s primary work location is DMC’s campus located at 13007 Douglas Parkway in Urbandale, but this position will work at DMC’s Central Office location at 7001 Westown Parkway as needed.

The Advancement Assistant supports Admissions, Development, and Marketing. This position leads or assists with various projects and events that are designed to cultivate and maintain relationships with our DMC community. The HR Coordinator supports and facilitates HR functions that contribute to the current and prospective employee experience. Facilities Generalist - Saturday Shift
The Facilities Generalist supports the entire school campus through setup/teardown for events, general cleaning, and maintenance of the facility on Saturdays. This position typically works independently and serves as the primary onsite contact during Saturday activities.
The typical work schedule for this position is 5-8 hours per shift and will be scheduled three Saturdays per month .

Security |
DMC’s Safety and Security Specialist ensures the safety of students, staff, visitors, and property by proactively patrolling DMC’s campus, responding to emergency calls, and acting as a liaison between DMC and the Urbandale Police and Fire Departments.
This is a full-time year-round position. The weekly work schedule is Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm with occasional weekend hours based on the school event schedule.

- Works well under pressure
- Thinks quickly on their feet and make correct decisions with little supervision

Our Food Service Program impacts the student experience at DMC each day. We are seeking individuals to sub in our Food Service Program. The primary duties for subbing in our Food Service include routine tasks for preparing food, serving food, and kitchen clean-up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food as well as the opportunity to interact with DMC students and staff. Sub shifts are flexible and offer a variety of hours and schedules.
