DMC’s Bible program is focused on equipping students with Biblical literacy as well as Worldview and Apologetic competency. The Bible teacher is a guide for students to apply the Bible to everyday life, resulting in the development of a resilient faith in order to impact the world for Christ. DMC Bible teachers facilitate growth-based group conversations in large group (100+) and small group (15-25) settings. This is accomplished through collaboration with the high school Bible team to teach all grade levels (9-12) together. An ideal candidate for this position is someone who has experience with:
- Facilitating of growth-based group conversation
- Guiding others to apply the Bible to everyday life
- Intentional and patient discipleship of others through their questions and difficulties
- Adapting communication strategies to the needs of disciples

DMC seeks an inspiring Elementary Music Teacher to help students discover the world of music through a comprehensive musical education program. This position helps students explore their musical skills and grow in their enjoyment, appreciation, and performance of music through a variety of planned experiences which include singing, moving to music, playing instruments, and worshipping in chapel.
This position offers unique opportunities that take students beyond the typical music classroom experiences. Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading worship for weekly Elementary Chapel
- Planning and directing an annual Elementary Christmas program
- Playing a key role as part of the creative arts team in the planning and production of an annual Elementary music video.
