Ways to Give

Your generosity helps Des Moines Christian students grow in faith, discover their gifts, and prepare to impact the world for Christ. There are many ways to give, allowing you to support DMC’s mission in a way that fits your circumstances and goals. Explore the options below and contact give@dmcs.org with any questions. 

  • Online – You can give online via your credit card or bank account. To provide continuous support to DMC select “make this a monthly gift” when giving online or contact us at (515) 252-2497.

  • By Check – Mail a check to Des Moines Christian Schools, Advancement Office, 13007 Douglas Parkway, Urbandale, IA 50323.

  • Appreciated Securities & Stock – Transfer appreciated securities or stock to DMC.

  • Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) – Designate a one-time or recurring gift to DMC from your donor advised fund.

  • Planned Gifts – Include DMC in your will or estate plan.  

  • Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) – Direct your annual RMD from a retirement account to DMC.

  • Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) – If you are age 70½ or older, give directly from your IRA to DMC. A QCD can count toward your required minimum distribution without adding to your taxable income.

  • Employer Matching Gifts – Check with your employer to see if your gift to DMC qualifies for a matching gift.

  • Multi-Year Commitments – Make a multi-year commitment or pledge to DMC.
