Trish Lux
Co-Director of Early Education

Mrs. Lux joined the DMC Early Education Department in 2018. Since that time, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through her roles as an assistant teacher, Administrative Assistant, and, for the past four years, Early Education Director of Systems and Operations.

Mrs. Lux is especially passionate about developing practical systems and processes that provide clarity and consistency while fostering an environment where teachers and children can thrive. She understands that creating a positive working and learning environment is essential to fulfilling the mission of Des Moines Christian Early Education.

The foundation of her leadership is a servant-hearted approach. She believes people thrive well when they feel known, valued, cared for, and encouraged to grow. She leads through relationships, intentionally building trust and shaping a culture where people feel supported and equipped to do their best work.

Mrs. Lux holds strong convictions about the importance of Christian education in shaping the youngest of hearts and minds. She is passionate about the mission of DMCS and is honored to serve alongside a Christ-centered team.
