DMC Alumni

Welcome, DMC alumni! Since our first graduating class in 1987, more than 1,900 graduates have carried their gifts and faith into the world, shining a light for Christ in science, engineering, healthcare, film, government, nonprofit leadership, business, and beyond. Each of you is a valued part of the Des Moines Christian Schools community, and your connection to DMC continues long after graduation. We want to hear your stories, celebrate your milestones, and help you stay connected to classmates and the school community you will always be part of.

DMC Alumni Council

The DMC Alumni Council was formed in 2026 to further the school’s mission beyond high school by building a connected, Christ-centered community of DMC alumni who support one another, and the school, in faith, career, and life.

Their faith is further evident in the integrity, leadership, and excellence they bring to their profession or vocation.

Nominations for the Distinguished Alumni Award are now open. Nominations should be submitted by December 31, 2026. The recipient will be notified in January 2027 and recognized at the April 10, 2027, True-Blue Gala.
