The Des Moines Christian School Lions and Norwalk Warriors will square off in a scrimmage at 6 pm (JV) and 7:30 pm (Varsity) Tuesday, November 23 at DMC as part of the Iowa Hall of Pride Challenge. The cost is $5/person.

The Pride Challenge is a voluntary statewide community service initiative for Iowa high schools.  The Iowa Hall of Pride awards four schools $500 (at large across the state) for the most outstanding community service projects submitted. The DMC boys basketball team is partnering with JOPPA during the Christmas season to help those in need. The Norwalk boys basketball team is organizing a toy drive for Blank Children’s Hospital.

Price of Admission Supports Local Families
Both schools have recently experienced loss in their communities. The total raised through the price of admission will be donated to benefit the Aimee Keenan family (DMC) and the Cory Elefritz family (Norwalk). DMC spectators cannot use season passes at this event.
